What services do you offer?
I offer individual therapy services for adults and older teens.
How long is a therapy session?
Each client is offered approximately 55 minutes per session, and the session is tailored to your needs. If you end up not needing the entire session time, that is completely okay. We can end sessions early if the remainder of the time is not needed that day.
What can I expect in my first session?
We will start by reviewing the limits of confidentiality and some practice policies (this usually takes only a couple of minutes). We will then review the answers you provided on the intake forms and take a deeper dive into your current concern and your history. The session concludes with therapy goal setting.
How long does it take to see results?
Therapy is an individualized process. Each client comes to therapy with their own unique set of experiences and goals. Therefore, the answer to this question is also personalized. What I can say is, you get out what you put in.
